Max RPM on the RB26 DETT is factory set to 8250, the tuned ones sometimes rev to 10,000.
The maximum power figures for the RB26 are a much contested debate in themselves as no one seems to have ever seen a GTR on the rollers get less than 300 BHP unless there was a problem and the run aborted.
