Plus, as far as Mr Taxman is concerned, the car was sold for £15k, right?

It will need an SVA as it's less than 10 years old but as Aussie compliancing is very similar it shouldn't require much work to get it to pass SVA.

What is SVA??

Compliance has been done here in Aus, so assume that would speed things up, ie seatbelts, child restraints, fuel filler cap, etc..
