Allowed my self to quote this picture from matty.:D
I want those carbon "whatever you call them" ornaments for the oil cooler in-out lets.
I know that they have been in the Nismo catalogue for R34 GTR parts, sold in a set with the Nismo oil cooler for nippy 290.000Yen, but I want them in carbon , like on the picture.
Then another issue is that I have got a standard R34 GTR bumper on my car, so with no outlet opening on the passenger side. Are those ornaments only ment for the V-Spec bumper? Or do they also fit the standard one, if you cut the opening out yourself???
Thanks

Chris

The white section of the front bumper on the picture is the same for the standard GTR and the V-spec (the bottom are differents however).
I think the outlet opening on the passenger side has to be manually done on the front bumper ... or .... it's a R34 GTR UK Spec front bumper.

By bottom you mean the splitter and V-Spec diffuser?

Here are 4 pics of different bumpers:

1) Standard R34 GTR
2) V-Spec??? or Nismo bumper as I think it was sold in a set with the side under steps and rear spats from Nismo (Bumper has an inlet next to the indicators)
3) Standard bumper + Nismo ornaments coloured in body colour?
4) Standard bumper + Nismo ornaments (probably not Nismo as they are carbon)

As far as i know those vents are stuck on to the standard bumper. The one below the indicator just sticks on the existing aperture and the side one, you would need to cut out the recess on the standard bumper- a dremel will do it in five minutes and the vent can then be stuck on to cover the hole.

They look like an after thought by nissan as the nismo bumper has them moulded in.

I like these too. How much are they, dont need an oil cooler, just the front and side vent.

Chris, just to confuse you .... I've got a Japanese V-Spec II with bumper No.1

I could do with additional front vent's like No.2, but am not keen on the side exit for the oil cooler .....

Basicly I doupt there is a great advantage on the side air exit vent-blend . . . as you just restrict air output with that shark like blend, that`s probably why the V-Spec and Z-Tune bumper has just a plain hole . .lol
Robbie for your car I wouldn`t look in to theses . . . basicly just cosmetic showoff for cars like mine.:D

Thanks matty, . . . carbon coating is cool but a bit pricy compared to a full carbon part that is produced in masses by X-Tuner.
To give you an idea how those carbon parts fluctuate, just need to look at front diffusers that are put under the R34 GTR front splitter:
Cockpit F1 full carbon long diffuser goes for around 40000Yen
While ugly Superior Creative half carbon diffuser goes for bloofy 60000Yen!!!
Carbon filmed FRP unites go for 20000Yen.

I would basicly like to buy these blends in full carbon or FRPCF streight off for a good price . . . getting them coated will let them look incredible , but way off budget just for these little cosmetic updates.
