Blimey, this isn't going to end well then  Private sale with no rights to return car, or it's a dealer sale and their website says their warranty claim limit is just £250.

I’m going to purchase a tank, to destroy their yard, I’m going to do a whip around, can anyone chip in?

I have someone in Birmingham who can resolve this for you, pm me.
I wouldn’t get involved mate.

Let both buyer and seller resolve it, clearly as bad as each other with some of the masked threats being slung around.

Take it through the legal channel or swallow a bitter pill and bare the burden of your own lack of due diligence a d repair it; move on.

They write fake reviews for them selves this is hilarious
If you had done a search on the company I suspect you wouldn't have bought a car from them, their company records don't exactly fill me full of confidence in the way the company is run.
You must have a receipt from the company and some emails etc, what about bank statement showing who you paid the money to?
What does the logbook say?

I didn’t think it was a dealer when I went to see the car, it was confusing because a guy was selling it via Facebook but it was also up for sale on eBay. So never looked into their website. Wasn’t till I got there it was out through their company. Whole situation is a mess. But will get it sorted.

As Barry P says, companies house doesn't make a great read. But it does have a home address courtesy of the other connected company :)

Update:
so Sly just ran the diagnosis and the fault was basically the car failed to go into 2nd gear 3 time’s and then shifted to 3rd where it remained stuck in 1/3/5 so he cleared it, so good news, now will drive it around to see if it happens again, but if it does, then will need the gearbox out and stripped so. he said can be common after fresh oil as it can throw up all kind of codes as the oil is new and working how it should. did shift gears a lot on the way back and had no issues so fingers crossed! will keep you all posted

Sorry to here this Elliot, nothing worse than saving hard to buy dream car then realising it needs loads of work doing to get it back to good condition.

It really is worth taking these cars for a pre-purchase inspection at a GTR specialist just for piece of mind.

Can't i just take it to a Nissan dealer for inspection? It must be a GTR specialist?
