I plan to swap the above motor into my S14. There are a few questions I would liked answered if you dont mind:

1.) How much power will the stock clutch hold?
2.) How much boost can the turbo safely push? (Ive heard of ceramic internaled turbos crapping out at 12psi-15psi)
3.) What kind of mods do you suggest, other than exhaust, intake, BOV?
4.) How reliable is the motor, can it take some abuse?
5.) What is the flange type on the exhaust manifold?
6.) What are the specs on the T3?
7.) Is it a Garret like the rest of the Turbos in the Nissan family?

Thats about it right now.... thanks to all that reply with answers.

Will answer a few i know off the top of my head before i go to work.

1. Standard clutch can handle around the early to mid 300bhp figure.

2. Depends what series the engine came out of? If a series one then around 12psi quite easily, anymore and pop in a short time (either head gasket or turbo). Series 2 with plastic internals will be around 10psi to play safe.

3. Mod wise a guess piggy back ecu, front pipe, de cat, system, air filter, the usual.

4. Very reliable as are most nissans, abuse it can take a fair amount but depends on what sort of abuse u mean? Road going or track? Keep and eye on it a regular service and should plod along quite happily.

5. Not sure on the flange type?

6.Not sure on the T3 specs.

7. Yeah it is a Garret.
