Any ideas where I can get the square fitting I want to make use of the short bit of hard pipe on the rear caliper and cannot connect my existing braided hose to it with out the square block fitting as below:

You should ideally remove the hard line and join the hard line directly to the caliper. Why do you need to keep the hard line?
