There is one advertised but overpriced
Are there many about ?

Love them in red, every time a tried to buy one it had just been sold.

Just stick to the normal search stuff, pistonheads, ebay, here etc.

Where***8217;s the red one advertised you have already seen?

Thanks

There was a red one at the Geneva Motor Show this year. Problem is 1) it's new, so expensive; 2) it's LHD; & 3) it's in Switzerland.

you have got my vote on Red. When i ordered the lm20 from Ian Litchfield and requested red i had to wait 6 months as it had to be built...worth it in the end since i think its looks very good with the recaro interior.
any pics?

Thank you very much, I was not sure when i placed the order....Iain told me they had not made a red LM20 also he did not know of any other MY17 onwards (i assume this is eba) cars....i did think to myself if i ever want to sell it, it could be tricky. But then i thought f**t it! i am sure it will look the part. I am very happy with the result. The only change that is coming is a carbon rear spoiler in time as i was not a fan of the bolt on LM20 part...and maybe some smoked rear lights

Strange as I thought it was the least popular colour (might be why there aren't many about!). Last year one of the Nissan dealers was flogging one at £66K brand new as no takers!

One big advantage for the solid red colours is that the paint is very cheap per litre (£26+VAT p/L I believe). Something like UMS is along the lines of £1,250+VAT p/L and Black Opal Metallic (Spec-V colour) approximately £3,750+VAT p/L.

So, if you have a red car you can afford to run it through a regular car wash as it won't cost that much to re-spray the whole car to remove the swirl marks & scratches!

Would always have the red over any other colour with a bit of carbon the car looks great had my red 09 for almost 10 years
Next up is the white or Katsura
It’s prob a good thing not too many people like red more unique that way :)

Have you thought of getting any colour EBA and then wrapping it to red?

Might save any issues in the future when you come to sell it?

I’ve never been a fan of wraps
Has to be paint
I had my last Gtr for almost 10 years so not too fussed when it comes to selling
Might end up going for Katsura orange if nothing comes up soon

The Litchfield PPS system is essentially paint - but with the advantage you can peel it off if you want to. Same gloss and finish, can even be wet sanded. well worth a look in my view
