Great end to the season, very happy indeed. Results had with 26 x 10 in tyres, E85, 1300kg, 1.23 60ft.

Runs for the day:

7.60, 7.59, 7.55, 7.57, 7.74, 7.48, 7.59 with a best 1/2 track mph of 155.63 although it was only 150.92 on the 7.48 so improvement to be had there.

Massive thanks to Dave, Jason from Infomotive, Spook, Brad, Dan, Sheryl, Mickie, Paige, Shontell, all our sponsors and supporters, its been a great first season with a Pro AWD car.

We had to be quite gentle off the line and put power in progressively, but on this run it stuck beautifully and it ran smooth and straight as a die.

If there was a drag racing award for best first season ever I think you just took it quite comfortably.

Look out Reece - Robbie is coming!!

Don't know why people spend so much time and money on a car that was designed for track and making it into a dragster. Surely an American muscle car designed for straight line would be better?

Or just buy or make one of these instead! :)

Some people like drag, some circuit, some drifting all of which I am sure the base car wasn't designed for unless you have a GT3RS, 430 Scuderia or some other focused track car, hell some people even like golf..... Each to their own I guess :)

Because I have already done something similar to your picture and I wanted a different challenge.

Sure, if you only want to go from A to B as quick as possible, a AWD GTR is not the way to do it, but why pick something easy to do, no fun in that!

Good point - it makes heaps of sense for an RB/Skyline specialist to build a V8 to lay time the same kind of times as all the other V8s using the same kind of mods - seriously, what appeal could there possibly be to being able to claim building the worlds quickest GTR when you could blend into the sea of V8s??

Maybe you can build a tank and take that up the strip .. That would be an amazing challenge for you which I am sure you would enjoy! Just kidding, but you guys have done an amazing job with the engines you are making.. Even though I do not agree with drag racing which has no interest for me.

Keep up the good work!

Just because you dont like dragracing doesnt mean that the skyline was not built for dragracing. Skyline was built for the street.

That is probably why there is almost no one i japan or elsewhere in the world using skyline as a dragracing car...

Awesome work guys.

What happened in the very last run of this video though?......at the end of the track there is smoke pouring over the car from the bonnet by the looks of it.

Awesome work guys!

Just one pass in a single digit ET car would complete my bucket list, needless to say 2.5 seconds quicker. :chuckle:
