Yes mate that's my car also running 1 bar of boost 600 flywheel HP. It was the first and last track outing in it's old spec weighing 1490kg without me, i was suffering from very bad understeering which we wasn't able to cure that day as we didn't get much time on track to iron it out.

Could have been wrong spring rates or to much rear end down force and not enough front end down force also as i was only running standard suspension arms which didn't give me the adjustment needed.

After checking the tyre's the rear's had no wear on the outside 100mm and the fronts had rolled over past the arrow on the 888's.

Even though the car had alot of body work done it was still far away from being a race car so i decided to go all out with this project.

Excellent build Neil, you must let us know when it's finished and you're taking it out somewhere.

And for heaven's sake don't crash ... (But I'll have the mirrors if you do !) :chuckle:

Love the rear subframe, how much roll centre correction is there as the subframe looks to be retaining the original mounting points?

Thanks for your comments, she should be sitting on some rubber next week as the arms will be finished so looking forward to that! When the front and rear subframes were designed the roll centers have been positioned so the full width of the tyre will not leave the ground whilst the suspension is travelling up or down.

The subframes have been mounted in the original positions but designed for this setup.

Sorry mate no footage of my car in it's old spec.

Looks interesting. How are you ensuring the car is still relatively safe if say you were to crash at speed and have front impact. Are they working that into the design or ?
