I wouldn't rely on the button seal of an internally gated turbo to give a good enough seal for the car not to sound like a t*rd with a blowing exhaust before it comes on full boost. If you do go this route you need to check that the boost still behaves in the same way (no spikes or trailing off) Also the change in back pressure will also effect how the engine performs when on boost. So basically not a re-map but a good check to make sure nowt silly is happening.
