Ouch thats not good, although they all wear in the bolster region. The seats do come apart & you can remove the fabric, maybe find a car trimmer near you they maybe able to repair it.
I live in constant fear of this happening to one of my cars but it's inevitable. You just need to go to a automotive upholstery shop and have that one section removed and a new one put in its place. It shouldn't cost too much.
