Sadly the paint on fatherslippers black GTR is not looking like the below anymore. For his wedding on saturday I struggled to even cut through the sap that has formed a nice matt sheen on it. Combine this with the cracked splitter (again) :bawling: , ding on the 3/4 panel :bawling: :bawling: and the 3 kerbed TE37's :bawling: :bawling: :bawling: it's been handed to me to restore it back to it's former glory
We both found this company which is handily based round the corner from me who, from looking at the website, seem to be pretty clued up and, importantly, enthusiasts. There is a tonne of information on the site and it's quite an interesting browse e.g http://www.clean-image.co.uk/articles/index.htm
Has anyone used them? I'm off up there tomorrow to get them to give the car once over and then I'm hoping (if the price is right) they'll use it as an article as it's...er...it's a pretty 'good' example of a sports/prestige car in less than prestige condition right now!
