I am currently in the process of stripping off all the old underseal off my R33 GTR and redoing it all..

Here is what I will be doing once fully stripped.

1. Treat and prime rust spots (only have a couple of surface rust spots thankfully)
2. Seam seal
3. Full degrease
4. 2/3 coats of POR-15 in silver

Should I stone chip over the POR-15 or leave it without?

Por is pretty tough, id get two coats on though just to make sure any thin areas are properly covered.

Depends if you feel it necessary, I would probably spray stonechip some over the high impact areas and leading edges of the floor contours etc.

I'm in the same boat as you although after stripping the floor I used:

FE123 on any corrosion
2 x coats of Bilt Hamber Electrox Zinc primer
2 x coats of Bilt Hamber 2 pack Epoxy Mastic
Dinitrol RC900 in the sills and box sections
Bilt Hamber Dynax S50 cavity wax in sills and box sections

I was originally planning on leaving it underseal free underneath as I was working on the basis that I'd rather see any rust develop so that I could deal with it than let it spread un-checked under the underseal/stone chip as it was before. The trouble is I have heard stones hitting the roll cage re-inforcement plates on the underside of the floor at the front so I'm thinking that it might be a good idea to stonechip at least the front floor pan area as they obviously make it that far.

Cheers
