I´m thinking of changing the wheels on my R34 to next season. Give me a large amount of cash and they´re yours. 
The size is 19"x9,5" ET+12 all round. Here´s a pic of what they look like.

The tyres are very fresh, they´ve been on the car this summer and have done roughly 3500miles. They´re Kumho Ecsta SPT, 265/30-19".
