Before everybody starts checking their glasses, or booking a trip to the opticians, yes some of the article headings are very feint in Sky Lines 9 because Denmark Font, in outline style also needs to be in bold otherwise it does not print out very well.......

My excuse could be it was a rush job, in truth I forgot to double check it as unfortunately it shows up OK "on the screen", its only in print it "fails".

Sorry peeps!

Its the usual brilliant issue!

Just some articles will have what appear to be blanks above them rather the title text. Fuggles has got them all as they were sent up to Donni for the National day etc.

I guess he will post them out when he finds the time!

Got my copy today, as always a very interesting read.

Scott's account of Umar's antics on the Nurburg trip was superb, must've been very entertaining. :)

Well done to all involved. :smokin:

Once I'd figured out the faint headings it was fine, solved by turning the lights on, (I was being tight and trying to save money by only turning them on when it was properly dark).

At this point I must point out:
>NO CHILDREN, SMALL ANIMALS OR JAPANESSE EXECUTIVES WERE OFFENDED IN THE MAKING OF THAT WEEKEND!!!< :chuckle:

Umar, Tamura-san and myself had a VERY memorable weekend, (for ALL the right reasons), and Umar was not as much of a hand full at my report may lead you to believe. He certainly did give a refreshing light hearted edge to the weekend though.

I don't think they have 'Umars' in Japan, bit of a shame really.

I hope Umar has not been offended by my article, (he shouldn't be), the guy is just great fun to be around. :bowdown1:

I enjoy'ed this month, intresting stories.

Could we have an electronic version and opt out of the postal one? Could save GTROC a bit of money and I don't mind reading on computer.

I received mine yesterday and thoroughly enjoyed the read. Scott and Umars trip to the Ring was especially good. Thanks to all of the contributors.

Nah its all good - I was having Asian PMT on the day ... very good read amusing article .. I may have to start to contribute this time. I really did enjoy myself and given the opportunity would definately go again, just for the sheer fact that Tamura-San canned you Gay Jesus.

RIP

Umar.

Got mine yesterday. Looks good as usual. Have read some but not all of it. I have two questions and an observation. NIce write-ups from Scott, Andy Hornsby and Mookistar.

1. I assume that the Spa section of my article will be in the next issue. I got half way through it and wondered what had happened to the rest.

2. Who gave the spec of Robbie's car? Robbie himself has not got a clue what is there and what isn't. lol

3. The AGM. The 2006 awards. If I don't win "Best Off" there is something seriously wrong with the world. ;)

I too thought that our weekend had been reduced .... :(

Ha bloody Ha (fortunately I had to declare all of the 'improvements' to my insurance company, so already had them written down !) just don't expect me to remember them :smokin:

You can't win this if you're not at the awards, and as you'll be thrashing around Oulton Park on the same day (hopefully keeping it on the tarmac) ........... :chuckle:
