As above, i was bleeding the cooling system today and the bolt head came off.Its the one near the fuel rail.Unfortunately there is none of the bolt sticking out.
Whats the best/easiest way to get it out?

I wouldn't say there is an easy way. You can try using an 'easy out'. You need to get the pilot drill dead central though. Sometimes they can be a right pain, especially with not much room to get at it.

Thanks for that mate.Going to try get my hands on some left hand thread drill bits and some small easy outs.

Assuming that you'll need a new one I have an old R32 rad (stock) in the garage. If you want the bolt out of it before I chuck it shout!

Just saw this.Thanks for the offer mate, but the plug im looking for is on the inlet manifold.
