My R32 seems to be plauged with confusing problem:
I have had a pair of defi meters in the car for a while Oil & Water temp, the sensor for the water temperature was fitted into an adaptor in the top rad hose, the adaptor was slightly too large and the hose was strectched over it but it didn't leak and the meter read a nic 80-90 Deg when cruising about. I decided to replace the adptor with one of the correct size and when i next drove the car the water temp meter rocketed up to 120 deg within five minutes of driving.
Can it be possible that i have knackered the water pump after tinkering with the water system or are the prone to just packing up????
pulling my hair out as i have a nurburg ring trip in four weeks!!!!!
