Have been searching through a million threads on what spark plugs to use

Whats the difference between grade 7-8-9 etc...

Simple explanation between the grades and what you should go for?

What would you recommend

for a R33 GTR running

Stage 1 mods with a few stage 2 mods (cams, large intercooler, 1 bar boost)

(running 450-500bhp)

Would these be any good BKR7EIX-11?

the higher the number on ngk the colder the plug. you would be safer going for bkr8eix.
