Heres a little information on the Sterte Garage demo car.

As of the end of the year the Sterte Garage Demo RX7 will be for sale.

1993 December – Mazda RX7 type R2

1100kgs (weight down from 1250kgs)

527 bhp at the rear wheels using 1.4 bar boost and 120ron race fuel
(equates to approximately 620bhp at the flywheel) (this was with a T51R turbo new power figures on the TO4Z will be announced soon)

Fastest RX7 over 1.25 miles in Europe with 183.3mph – genuine 200mph capability

Currently the most powerful 13B REW engine dynoed in the UK.

The car has been looked after in the OTT manner you expect of a car like this. It uses only 76 racing oils and has its oils changed every few HUNDRED miles (if that) all of the filters are regularily cleaned and changed, it has also had all of the rear suspension bushes replaced.

Im always happy to talk about the car, I love it and REALLY dont want to see her go, but lack of money, house ownership, marriage and a kid on the way means I know longer have enough time or money to keep it.

Hopefully the lottery win comes in and I wont need to sell her :D

One thing to note, this is the ONLY FD I have seen that is modified for tall people. I am 6'4" and I sit comfortably in this car unlike normal FD's where I have to remove my shoes just to drive them.

I will also add, we want a good deal of money for the car, however this represents about half of the money actually spent on the car. I would rather hold on to the car forever than take a low price for it so please dont contact me unless you are prepared to pay the full £25,000 or a very near offer.
