Westway are owned by Nissan UK, its Nissans own dealer division I had similar issues with Westway Oxford, totally useless.
Well, that says it all and explains a lot.

Same with me, I bought mine from Westway Oxford. A very memorable experience and all for the wrong reasons.

I will never go near a NHPC again.

Just wanted to let you all know our experience at Westway Nissan Manchester. The attached is a copy of part of the tracker report from our vehicle while it was supposed to be at the dealership for a service. The RED ! means HARD (unsafe) acceleration the BLACK ! is HARD (unsafe) breaking. If you look you will see a column with speeds on it, there are times when the car is doing more than double the legal limted in a built up city centre.
Westway had agreed and then have refused to do anything about the incident just thought you should all know for future what goes on when you think your £80k car is parked in the trust of a Nissan GB Dealership
can't see the pics, and that sounds disgusting behavior!!!

Westway Nissan Manchester

I have been getting my GTR serviced at Westway Nissan Manchester since 2011, it was a 2009 model I was in every 6 month. I have found the service department to be excellent and the same can be said for the sales department. I purchased a MY14 GTR on the 15th December 2015 and have now decided to go for a MY16 and I will be picking it up on the 1st of March.

Got a brand new '65 Recaro in October from these, put it in for optimising in January whilst I was away, told them no rush etc and after being away for 2 weeks I wanted to collect my car....lol refused, or couldn't let me, as it was locked away safe and secure in the service dept and as it was a Saturday afternoon nobody would have keys/access til Monday! I said I had a spare set lol you'd think I wanted to steal my own car back, funny really......

Right up to the point it was returned - filthy, not valet end inside or out, with a scratch approx 16" long below the bonnet, a scuff from an air hose on the n/s wing, a scuff to the n/s mirror, 2 scratches above the o/s exhaust on the bumper.....been over 2 weeks waiting for a company called Revive to contact me and put right the damage.

Yep, that's how I collected mine from them, When I got there it was sat round the back, covered in crap with a sticker with my name on it in the Windscreen.

Every other car I've bought from anywhere was valeted and waiting for me at the front of the dealers on the day I collected it. But not my Nissan.

He's still there, but I mainly dealt with a guy called Jonathan- nice lad but can it really be coincidence that he too has also been completely let down by the "support team"?!

Can't fault them for being nice lads......but......never returning calls when they should/lack of contact/V5 & Roadside assistance in wrong name/car scratched to buggery etc etc.....!

Yes, getting your name wrong on the V5 is very poor. That will be a right faff with the DVLA I would imagine.
Wasn't too bad tbh, took pics and then just unhappily dropped it straight into the dealers lap:chuckle: Took another 4 weeks for the correct V5 but heyho.

Quite right. Just give it back to them and tell them to sort it out.

Actually, I had something similar with the Fiat I bought last year. They filled all the forms in, printed them out, gave them to me to sign, at which point I said "Who the hell is this person then ?" Because it certainly was me on the paperwork.

What was the outcome of this now?

Genuinely interested, being a new R35 owner my faith in HPC's is already shot!

Luckily (some may disagree?) West Way Aldershot are just down the road.

Trev, not sure tbh, they joined, posted this thread and then looking at their profile haven't logged on since:confused: Maybe some other members know them personally and have more info!

I find that happens a lot of forums when someone's first post is a complaint/moan/they are upset or whatever. People then take the time to respond and you never hear from the OP every again.

I have to admit to doing that myself one a band's website a few years ago. I went to their concert, I was not at all happy about the venue, so I joined their forum, vented my spleen and then lost interest and have never been back since (either the band or the forum).
