Quick question for those who have done this,

Did you renew the spring in the tensioner at the same time?

My new tensioner did not come with a spring so I reused the old one. No problems with plenty of driving since. Compress the spring and see if it has any small scars where it may break eventually, otherwise I don't see any reason not to reuse it.
