juz got oil filter and maybe i got the wrong un?

i got a r32 gtr with oil cooler and relocation kit...it got the usual blue oil filter

bought genuine nissan oil filter, box sez fits rb26dett 10/99- its white

Is this oil filter the right one?

just it looks too tiny to fit...lol

R34 GTR oil filter is smaller/shorter than earlier types.

They do vary in size, often depending on who makes them and some are pretty small.

The filters we supply are quite small.

sweet a jigsaw puzzle for your car

if its part of the kit for the relocation kit then it wont matter if its a car specific filter once the relocartion part of the kit matches the block and the filter mates the relocator.

Wix filters have a 21 micron filtration and flow 7-9 gpm with an optional bypass. They don't look as good.

i put on a k and n oil filter on my 34 gtr any one know if this is ok? been looking at lots of posts regarding oil filters, any one..

We're told they are very good and give a good flow rate as well as filtration rate

k&N seem like a good choice, but not sure if they are any better than a wix. There seem to be quite a few complaints about FRAM at the moment, probably having quality issues.

just to get back to the little filter of the later model engines going on the earlier model ones, i have one of the little filters on my r32 and have had no problems with it so far if that helps anyone. If its good enough for nissan...
