I haven't got around to getting a tracker yet but a friend who has a Monaro has fitted a hidden inline cut off switch to the fuel pump. Seems like a good alternative to tracker and a lot cheaper. Any thoughts?
You can get trackers with a power cut off system built in, the way it works is when the thief slows down the car wownt let him accelerate up anymore until he literally slows rite down eventually it cuts the power all together, personally as a vehicle security specialist of 25yrs I'm not keen on these types of devices as signals can get confused and it may kick in when it's not meant to but it's individual choice I prefer hard wired systems and a good quality tracking system that works on gps and gsm signals. Hope this helps
