Jason, not sure how this reply fits into Cem's recent posting?, but, I have gone from Vspec springs to Dow Max and there is a significant lowering effect. I always thought the car was too high on Vspec springs (asthetically), but am now happy with the way it looks.
Hi Jason, Keith, Fred and all,
As far as I am concerned they will lower both cars around the
same amount. Lets face it, its the cars weight that affects the distance they drop, combined with a little bit of gas pressure in the shocks. Owning a V-spec as I do, I felt they made the car look like a sports car rather than an offroader. The V-spec may sit a little lower in the first instance, but mine looked awful stock.IMO they also contribute to the handling as well as thelooks and make the car less tram-liny (sorry lost my dictionary)
