hi guys,am i right in thinking that the turbo timer times how long you need the engine to continue ti run after a run in the car,and when you stop the car it counts its self down.
now my question is if i turn the car off should the turbo timer continue to run while i lock it up and go in home or do i have to sit in the car with it on tick over until it counts down.

You set the the time you want the engine to continue to run for. Yes you can remove keys lock up and walk away, but would you really want to? I never use mine dont trust not leaving the car in gear too much of my hard earned cash to rely on a piece of cable holding it!

ok thanks,any idea how you set these up as it was fitted on when i got it and got no instructions.

Depends which one you've got? Mine HKS got no instructions just meesed with it till i worked it out. Think its on / off and a button to change time increments? Its now set to zero and tucked up away behind the dash!
