I would like to know also as I have them on mine. I did notice that the pressure holding the wastegate shut was greater and the bar was adjustable though.

stronger spring will keep wastegate closed for longer which buids boost quicker

normally the wastegate will start to open a 4psi, with one of these it may hold shut until 6psi

nothing a dawes device wouldnt do.....

The pipe on the actuators is fed from the plenum, so when he boost reaches a level greater than the resistance of the spring the wastegate opens and releases air directly into the exhaust.

Stronger spring means more pressure is required to open the waste gate.

All actuators have a degree of adjustment by means of preload, but there will come a point regardless of pre load that they won't adjust anymore. The stronger the spring the higher this threshold will be.

Well thats what I understand anyway!?

HKS items will have stronger springs and a nice HKS sticker.
