My friend (unnamed for privacy) has a beautiful R34 in White that he plans to turn into a drift car. He has no clue what he needs however, and I was wondering what parts he's need, I know a few, such as limited slip, soft compound racing tyres, stuff like that, but I'm at a complete loss for him.

He has an unlimited budget, and getting the parts is no problem either.

Can anyone help me out with this for his benefit?

Lots of tyres and lots of seat time.

But after that a 2 way diff and some coilovers would help. Also a bucket seat. Makes a huge difference. Theres really no point going mad on it. Assuming its a GTT of course itll be more awkward if it is a GTR. Dont expect it to be a beautiful R34 for long though if hes going to start drifting it regularly.

I'd also say that the engine should be tuned for midrange power - drifting with a laggy engine sucks, and you don't need much peak power anyways for competitive drifting.
