I'm not going to mentions any names but one NHPC has said they need the car for two days to complete a 24 month service. Another NHPC has said a day.

Litchfield has quoted 3 hrs.

The NHPC who needs a day says the optimisation takes four hours. When I asked why wheel alignment would take four hours they said it's much more than wheel alignment and the tech likes to have plenty of time to check things over.

God knows what the NHPC requiring two days is going to do.

Litchfield state the optimisation time can be reduced by the initial check of the wheel alignment showing no adjustment is needed reducing the hour required to 15 minutes. A complete checkover is part of the service anyway.

Seems to me the NHPC are just talking crap, purely my opinion of course.
