Can't argue about them being soft LOL

Funny how when it comes to tyres everyone has their own top 3 and that they are all different

I really wanted 255/45/17 in Goodyears F1s,but they dont make them! I dont want the car to sit on 255/40/17 as it catches speed bumps and ruins my splitter. So looks like Im heading towards Toyos (Which I had on my Subarus) or SO1 Bridgestones-SO3s are not made in 255/45/17 either!!!

Had the BF's and they were OK, but need over inflating slightly to get the best from them, prefer the new Toyo Proxes TR-1's (not S's as sidewall not so good)

The Toyo's like around 34 to 36 psi in 40 profiles.

Really? I thought they were the cheaper versions of the 451s. How are they in the wet as might be needing some new boots soon.
Just fitted 275/30 19 FK452s to replace 265/30 19 FK451s so i will let you know when it rains. :runaway:

They're shit. Horrible in the wet. As much grip as a dog on lino.

Have used Eagle F1s on the road and was adeqately impressed.
Used Toyo T1R on a set of R33 rims for track days and was very impressed. Now use T1Rs on the rims I use for the road. Wear seems to be very good as well. T1Rs are also slightly cheaper than the T1Ss.
Also good in the wet.
