Currently using Bridgestone RE01-R excellent grip but not as responsive (driver feedback) as the Michellin Pilot Sports. Overall verry happy with them

Just Ordered some Advan AD08's can't wait to give then a go.

Cheers

Michelin pilot sport all the way for me!
Might be on the pricey side but has made a transformation in handling on every car I've had!

Awesome tyre.

Just on the look out for some new car shoes and have always had goodyear eagle F1 asymmetric which i find very good indeed!

I would love some Toyo R888's but the price says no :bawling:

Can anyone recommend any other tyres with the same amount of grip / feedback for a good price, also anywhere that can do good prices? (i have looked on mytyres.co.uk)

I´ve been using Toyos since I started racing (I was 16).

No problems at all, I´ve also used Bridgestone and Michelin but on track Toyo is always the best. But it obviously also depends on the car and the style of the driver.

Really I am amazed to hear that! I remember Toyo T1Rs being appalling on the rear of a 500bhp MR2....squeal like a pig and grip being frankly average.

I also now need new tyres and am interested in what people think. My wheels are 18 x 10. They currently have toyo t1r and kumho tyres on (they came with tyres, 2 good 2 worn right down). The kumho's are knackered but the toyo's are ok. Only just got the wheels so they are not fitted to the car. The size fitted at the moment is 275/35/18. Any advice on which tyres to replace the kumho's with?

Thanks :wavey:
