I am instaling an amp in my car and i noticed that under the carpet in the foot well it is wet why is this?????????
have i got a leak do you think or is it because i have not under sealed it yet

probably a leak in the trunk. Or, with R32s, it could be the rear light clusters leaking as well - might want to give the seals a check.

The most straightforward way to check though is to grab a flashlight, and climb into the trunk and have your mate close it on you. Then, as he sprays water from a hose onto the trunk area, look for where it dribbles in. note: it's very awkward in the trunk and hard to move around much

Probably got water seeping in from around the windscreen surround, not unheard of.

I dont know if the 32 is the same as my 33 but I get water in the footwells from the air con. The drain hose has a habit of blocking and so the water drains inside the car, often I find out when freezing cold water drops onto my left ankle
