i got a silver gtr and i am thinking off spraying it in a different colour ,but i have mix feeling ,i want blue but not byside blue .maybe a metalic blue off some kind what do u lot think and any idea off cost and time i been qouted 1500K properly done.. ( that means seal off and underbonnet sprayed as well)
do u think its fair ..

Have you by any chance seen a R33 deep marine blue skyline.

Try to have a look at one in the flesh to fully appreciate it.

And I'm sure Deep Marine blue owners will agree with me on this

dont change it, from a resale point of view you will have just put a big thick scratch down the bodywork.

As with all cars, white ones are more difficult to sell on later. I'd stick with what you've got - silver is a cool Skyline colour.

is my favourite but someone on here has an R33 with some awesome purply metallic flippy whatever colour and it looks great.

Presumably to do it properly you've got to empty the engine bay - does a really top re-colour like this still reduce the value?

yes, unfortunately if the car is any different colour than what it came in, its value will drop.
