Sorry to raise an old post here....

It would appear that a Walbro pump is perhaps not worth bothering with??

At only 9% more flow than standard, is this enough for a 50% increase in horsepower??

Surely two "Standard" injection pumps, in parallel, running from a reservoir would give more flow. I would also assume that a larger fuel line is required from pump to rail? In fact the old Hicas hydraulic lines are fairly large from memory.

Regards

Standard R32GTR pump flows 190lph doesnt it? And the Walbro 255lph?

So thats a 34% increase if my maths is right?

Depends if you want to just have a plug and play pump or are willing to do a bit of fabricating. A Bosch 044 Motorsport pump flows quite a lot, and can be put in tank.
I am pretty sure that the 044 Bosch was external use only?

the bosch flows 320l/h and CAN be fitted in the tank, but the bracket and pick up need modification. common swap here in Aust as they are so cheap ($320, as opposed to $500+ for a jap intank pump). I have a HKS intank and have tested it for Litres/flow and with a good power feed will pump 300L/H (note: won't hold the same pressure as the Bosch though)
