(It has been Sold) but what makes this car a GTR Nismo

This car looks exactly the same as mine?

GTR32 Nismo is the limited edition of 500 for homologation of Gr.A.
The differences are,

metal turbocharger
Nismo air duct
Nismo bonnet rip
Nismo rear rip spoiler
No rear wiper
No air-con
Nismo sticker on the back

You can buy them through Nissan or Nismo as factory repairing parts.
And many garages makes copy of them as well.
