Have phoned them 3 times today to try and arrange my first service, and each time had to leave a message with reception as the service manager was unavailable??

Does not leave a good impression or foster any optimism about the general level of service that I can expect from them...

Anyone else had issues?

Mart.

Lol... I walked in there to buy some parts midweek but the parts guy was on lunch for 2 hours. This is where some Nissan dealerships fail.
When I had my M3 and would go to the dealer for parts there would be 3 people working at the parts counter.

Also I have been told that the previous GTR service rep has left, from what I remember he was very helpful

Yea true.. It was much better when Peter was there but now since there is no GTR specialist the service is not as good :/

Caveman, If you need a service and are near Mill Hill area, you should give Sly a call at Kaizer Motors.. He is like 50 miles away and is the only other place i would be comfortable leaving my car for a service apart from Litchfield.. I personally dont like giving my car to Nissan unless it is a necessary warranty claim..

I agree with this as its exactly what ive done sly has looked after my servicing. Its going to Nissan for a warranty headlight and as soon as its done straight back to sly for a stage4.

It's the first 1k mile optimisation service. I was led to believe that it was a free service paid for by Nissan? After that I'll be using Auto Torque in Aylesbury or Paul at Whifbitz I think.

Keeley was great?

She was one of the reasons I wanted to look elsewhere.

Would have gone to slough but Indie is not there now.

The lady there now is even worse. Looks and sounds like the type of person who would very slowly look at you and say "whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaat" when you screamed "BOMB!"

Just a complete dope

Could try Gilles at Nissan London West in Acton who is very friendly and knowledgeable.

This is the new flagship Nismo Centre owned by Nissan in West London.

I couldn't agree more.. i would rather sell my car than have to deal with Mill Hill again, in fact i have just sent a rather curt letter to Nissan UK re appalling service from HPC's

I am really loosing faith with Nissan and my car at the moment. :bawling:
