Claire was going to organise the grasshopper meet but it was never going to be before mid/late Nov.
I would suggest late Nov before they stop the amazing carvery or charge double for it because its christmas.
There is a meet at the robin hood (kent) first sun in dec so maybe one sunday (19th or 28th Nov ? ) before as I am sure that after that it will be difficult to book a table on the day and if you have had a carvery there before you will know why we need a table .

yes but please confirm with the venue first and get their permission. We used to have a Grasshopper Xmas special the week before Xmas. I know Claire was trying to sort it out and is having computer problems so may have done something already
