I am running about the same and using HKS S45's iridiums (which is grade NGK/Greddy grade 9). The car has been mapped using these plugs as well. Only a slight issue of cold starting but really great when warmed up. Using the pre set gap since you should never try to re-gap an iridium plug.

8's with a 0.8mm gap is a good all round plug.

Use a heat range 8 or so NGK plug. Stock is a PFR6A-11. You can get BCPR7Eix which are a 7 plug pretty easy most places. You can get the NGK iridium 8's from Apex, and Greddy.

DO NOT USE the HKS /Denso Iridiums. I have seen at least 6 of the ceramics break off and fall down in the motor. I have NEVER seen a NGK plug do the same thing unless the piston hit it. The Densos are very fragile.
