so if I'm not mistaken, this white smoke is coming from this sequence of events?
1) engine running very hard, oil builds in the head or someplace it ought not to be
2) breather tubes on top can't handle it, so the oil ends up in the turbo and out the exhaust
How bad is this for the turbos? Is this the whole raison d'etre for oil catch cans?
Can someone confirm that the loud pop is a shot of flame out the tailpipe, and not something more dire or worrisome? Obviously, this is something I can't visually confirm on my own
