my car has a nice sound, but between 60 & 75 ish its pretty much overriding the sound of the audio its that loud.. anyone else got this or changed part of the exhaust to get rid??

Cant you change a gear, to alter the tone?

I have a huge drone at this cruising speed, but i love other cars hearing it when i was driving it back from Manchester on the motorway.

Mine makes a noise but it's not that bad,, standard car with a milltec none res Y pipe

Do you have the Y pipe mod? There is a slight drone at cruising speed but some Dynamat helps.

Best cure? More pressure on the loud pedal

Mine has a boomy, droning noise at certain revs/speeds but it is VERY mild compared to other cars I have had, none of which have had as much power as my Gtr so I can cope

Miltek y pipe is very boomy, res or not

Due to y section location

They have put their y section in a different place to nissan, purely to aid cost for manufacturer. As the y section is the same with res and non res.

The y section is seperate to the resonated part! It's a bolt on/off job

I found mine quite droney with the Milltek non-res Y pipe, but changing the rear section of the exhaust made it much better.

Before that it drove me crackers.

With a non res Y pipe on standard system I had a lot of drone on motorway. Not a problem now with the RF system
