After selling my R35 a couple of years ago, I started to feel a void in my life and decided to jump back into GTR ownership! This time it would be for the legend that is the skyline GTR! So I decided to team up with Jurgen and his team @ JM imports to bring to these shores a rather rare Genuine Omori Factory tuned R34 Nismo R1 (purportedly 1 of 4 in the UK). The spec list is extensive as some of you may have seen from the for sale Ad posted on this forum and to say that I am happy is an understatement!

So I will start with posting up some pics of the car from when it was in Japan and then some more updated pics of the changes that have been made to it since it has been in my possession. All comments are welcome.

Here we go

The service from Jurgen and his team was brilliant and i could not ask for more! I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking to import a car in to the UK. We had a chat and decided to do some small but tasty mods to the car that would just make it slightly more aggressive and be a bit more befitting to the R1 brand

Externally we went with the following:

Midori carbon rear spoiler risers
Nismo wheel arch extensions
Nismo Rear LED lights
Project Kics wheel spacers front and back

Internally we went with the following:

Nismo GT500 gear shifter
Pioneer NAV head unit

This is still a work in progress so a few more thing will be added to the car in due time but until then a few more pics for you to enjoy

Very nice, congrats :smokin:..... but I have to agree with Rich, IMO it looked better before
I agree in the pics it does look better in the original state, but i think it may have something to do with camera type and quality of the operator :chuckle:

in the flesh its not so bad, just subtle changes made to it. when i sent the new pics to my son the first thing he said was dad that rear spoiler looks like its higher than the roof line and from the pics it looks that way, but in reality its not :chuckle:

The tyres are YOKOHAMA ADVAN NEOVA 265/35-18. I have not driven the car a great deal but initial opinion is that they perform very well and the car feels planted however it could be a combination of all the chassis and suspension upgrades that make it feel this way.
