^^ same here, but as has been said many times before it depends on mileage, state of tune, and what you use the car for etc.

I would consider a good 5w-40 synthetic, ideal.

If you mod it or start to track it then 10w-50 synthetic.

Listen to Guy, he's the man Guy recommended me Silkolene Pro S for my car, and on changing to that my oil temps dropped 10 degrees over the Castrol edge I was previously using!!!
