I stay in a new way for my building, I just removed the head and I will put a brian crower stroker kit and I need some advices to imporve the oïl circuit of my rb.

On internet there is many threads for the oïl drain.

Tomei oïl restrictor

oïl return in block.

All these upgrades are nice but my question is if it's the right way to put all on the same engine. If the engine have the restrictor, the oïl return in block increased and the oïl drain added, it will remain enough oil in the up of the head ?

There was a thread on overfilling as well on this forum from someone who monitored the oil pressure with a very sensitive sensor that he datalogged on the track. Im not sure if he had any oiling mods, I think not, but the data was very interesting. If I remember it correctly he had pressure drops when the oil level was on maximum and they went away when he overfilled (I believe up to the bump on the dipstick). Not really a mod, but well worth to look into when you get it running.
