Reg M374 TVU, Gold Do-Luck Double-Sixes, very loud exhaust, and just by change the front passenger side headlight blew today.

Stolen by a 6ft Asian stocky guy who calls himself Cameron claiming he wanted to buy it. Bastard nearly killed me.

Surrey and Sussex police are looking but if anyone sees anthing then please let me know.

Hope the scumbag kills himself.

I'm absolutely gutted. Even though I was selling it I wanted the car to go to someone who would appreciate all the money and effort that I had put into it.

Chassis number was BCNR33-000250
Wheels and exhaust were most distinctive parts.

Here's a list of the main saleable parts in case anyone is offered the bits:

Gizzmodo MS-IBC boost controller
AEM Digital Wideband UEGO Gauge
HKS F-con V Pro Gold ECU
R32 Block
HKS GT-SS turbos
JE pistons 86.5mm
Eagle con rods
Tomei Pro-Cams (270)
Tomei springs
Tomei buckets
700cc Sard injectors
HKS Twin plate clutch
Apexi cone filters
HKS polished AFM replacement pipes
FULL HKS hard pipe kit - 13 pieces
HKS large intercooler
HKS SQV Sequential blow-off valve
Apexi Hyabusa exhaust (rare and very loud)
Apexi ECV (exhaust control valve)
Untidy Champagne Gold Do-Luck Double Six wheels with paint flaking off

Fair play to the police for turning up within 10 mins. I think it's probably still in the area and the police agree.

Well he was looking round the car, and I had the engine running, but I had the drivers door closed, window open and was standing by it just in case. He asked me to put the lights on and then said the passenger headlight was out - in hindsight he must have done this. I let my guard down... walked over to see the light and check it wasn't loose and next minute he's gone... jumped in the car, engine revs and he drops the clutch. Fortunately the ECV was closed and the car bogged down and only lurched forward about six inches - but it hit my knees and pushed me sideways, then as he drove off the bonnet hit the side of my face as it was still up. So lucky it didn't drive immediately as I would have gone straight under it. Stupid I know, it takes a lot to trick me. I tried to go after him but I'm disabled and can't run. Just hope they find my car and he hasn't broken it.

Jesus, that what they did - only one guy but said he arrived by taxi. drove off with bonnet up and then braked sharply to close it. ECV was fully closed so it just wouldn't go at all, if I could run I would have got to him within seconds. :(

Oh shit! Absolute scum, I agree it sounds very similar to the other Gtr that was stolen posted in that link. Mate, I'll keep any eye out around here where I am too.

Was this the only place it was advertised?

this is round 2 already.
I think we need to remind ourself that from now on, keys in our pocket at all time.
If you are not in the driver seat, keys are not in the car.

That is also good bye to test drive as there is no way you will let anyone test drive the car anymore.

This is truly sick... especially with cars like the Skyline that are quite rare and isn't easily sold without anyone noticing parts from it.

Do you have any marking on the car that is "special"?
Don't say it here and look on Ebay.

I know someone who once busted someone because he had a special marking under the bonnet, and when he saw it on sale on E-bay, he got the police to go to his house and raid him.

Keep your eyes peel for parts on E-bay, I am sure the bastard are looking at this thread to make sure if there are anything that can lead the car to him.

Hi guys, thanks for the support and for putting the word out. Earlier today I missed a call from the police who want to talk to me to try to eliminate a suspect, so you never know.

There are a couple of things that would identify this car without a doubt, but I won't say what.

The car has been advertised on eBay since Friday so maybe he got my details from there. I told the police there were around 193 views when he called so maybe he was logged on when he viewed it and they can check. His mobile number was 07534 126238.

The thing is this car really isn't worth much without the receipts (I left them at work today just in case!). Also, Ive just spoken to buckerz69 (thanks for posting the link Mookistar) and it's definitely the same guy.

Will update this post as soon as I hear anything.

Sorry I've not been posting any updates, investigations are still underway so can't really say much. Looks like the car is gone for good and now insurance not wanting to pay out... no surprises there then!

These thefts have been going on all over the south east for a long time. The latest one is reported here, with a photo of the guy that did it.

Anyone insured with Markerstudy needs to take special care to protect their motor! Don't take my word for it, check the link...

Cheers for the link to this guy's appearance.

"Markerstudy" sounds like a bunch of thieves from that link!
